Recipe for Chicken Tetrazini

set aside- 1 cup cubed chicken, 1 cup pasta, 1/2 cup grated cheese

Saute:

bullet4 tbs. butter
bullet1 diced onion- until soft but now brown
bullet1 green pepper, coarsely chopped
bulletStir together until thick
bullet4 tbs. flour
bullet1 cup heated milk
bullet1 cup heated chicken broth
bullet1/2 tsp salt
bulleta grind of pepper
bulletfew drops of Tobasco sauce
bullet1 oz. of sherry

Combine with chicken, pasta and cheese

Bake in 350ºF oven for 25 minutes or until set.
